Koh Phayam or Koh Payam (which ever way you spell it) is a beautiful little island off the south west coast of Thailand in the Andaman sea just west of the coast of Ranong.Koh Phayam island is only about 8km from north to south and about 5km wide and is only a short distance from the mainland, Ranong.
