Pattaya was a sleepy fishing town but over the years it has developed into an area with a full range of hotel and resort accommodation suitable for budget travelers and visitors with a bit more spending power. Many of the more expensive hotels and resorts have spa facilities and have their own private beaches, whilst you will find many of the budget hotels and resorts closer to the main towns and nightlife action. Though budget hotels can be found with seafront views the further you go back into the mainland, the cheaper Pattaya’s hotels and resorts seem to become. |
