Dining out in Hua Hin is always a treat, offering a large selection of restaurants catering to many cuisines both Thai and international. Hua Hin being a fish port offers a excellent selection of seafood restaurants; fresh sea foods pulled from the Gulf of Thailand just hours earlier are put on show at the doors of each restaurant on plates of ice to wet your appetite. To choose the freshest fish, check that the eyes are not cloudy and inside the gills the colour is strong.

A large expat community of bar and restaurants owners and many of the hotels and resorts offer between them a wide range of international restaurants, and in particular a good selction of Scandinavian resturants. 

The usual selection of Asian chain restaurants such as MK and Fuji restaurant can be found at the Hua Hin Market Village Mall.
