@ Neko Jan
Hua Hin
The Sofitel has The Hagi Japanese Restaurant, Market Village has a Fuji's but Hua Hin's most famous and probably longest running Japanese restaurant has to be 'Neko Jan', a Japanese teppanyaki restaurant which serves traditional Japanese dishes and of course sushi. Neko Jan's has been in Hua Hin for more than 10 years and has changed location 10 times, one time for every year they have been open here.
Neko's is now located on the Phetchkasem Road near the Hua Hin Muncipality (Tessabaan) south of Hua Hin Soi 74

Neko Jan is a Japanese restaurant that was started from the personal philosophy of the chef, Top, who has been a chef for many years in some of the finest hotels in Thailand. Realising that many traditional Japanese dishes were absent from many Japanese restaurant menus he decided to start his own restaurant to provide original Japanese food made from fresh local ingredients. Recommended menu items are okonomiyaki, a Japanese savory pancake with a variety of ingredients and yakisoba, a Japanese noodle dish fried together with meat and vegetables. Other items include the staples like sukiyaki, gyoza, and ramen noddles.
Try the delicious food at Neko Jan located on Phetchkasem Road, now near the Tessabarn, you won't be disapointed.
