A popular attraction in Hua Hin is the Pa La-U waterfall (Namtok Pa La-U) which is located 63 kilometres west of Hua Hin in Kaengkrachan National Park. Visitors can arrange a trip here by themselves and travel by taxi or songteaw or choose from the many sightseeing tours that are available at Hua Hin’s travel agents.
The waterfall consists of 11 tiers, some levels of which can be reached by trekking along a path parallel to the stream; this attraction is best visited from November to February as at some times in the year parts of the waterfall can dry up.
